Ship your laptop to our repair facility for your
FREE EVALUATION
Please package your laptop well , use bubble wrap
and proper size box and make sure you have at lease 2" padding for all
sides of the shipping box. You can go to your local shipping outlet (UPS
or Fedex) to get help if you are not sure how to package your laptop
computer. They have all necessary shipping material and box available.
Their staff should help you package the laptop properly.
Please insure your package and keep the tracking number
Please DO include the AC adapter , power cord for the laptop
in the shipping box
Please also include a note with detailed
description of your computer's problem to help us better troubleshooting
your laptop

Name, billing address, phone number, return
shipping address
After we received your laptop , our representative
will contact you for confirmation. Our technicians will start the diagnostic
process. We will contact you within 1-2 business days and give you our
diagnosis report and the repair cost and time.
Once we get your approval, our technicians will start
repair immediately and run full test after the repair. We will contact you
after the repair and test has done.
After your payment has been confirmed , we will ship
back your repaired laptop within 24 hours

Repair Policy
We are not responsible for any data loss. Customer should
back up their data before service. Data backup or recovery is
subject to additional service fee
We are not responsible for any lost or damaged package that
customer shipped to us. Customer should properly package their
laptop before shipping
Computer, spare parts and accessories left at our facility
for more than 30 days are considered abandoned by customer and
will be disposed.
Warranty Policy
We have 90 days ( from the date of the invoice) parts and
labor warranty for this special online offer*
Warranty covers hardware repair only
Physical damage voids all warranty
Any abuse or don't know how to use the system that cause the
system malfunction are not covered by this warranty
Should same problem occurred during warranty period. we will
repair or issue refund at our discretion
All warranty request must be made before warranty periods
ends.
It is customer's responsibility to ship the laptop back to
us for repair under warranty. The returned laptop must be
postage prepaid , properly insured and well packaged. The return
should be received by us within 10 days.
All warranty repair will extended your warranty for additional 30
days from the date that warranty repair is done
Payment Policy
No payment is required until the repair is done
All balance must be paid in full when the approved
repair is done.
Monday order and check are accepted and the payment must be
received by us within 7 days after the repair is done
We prefer money order and will ship the laptop within 3
business days of receipt of the fund
We welcome personal or business check, but we will ship the
laptop only after the check is cleared --- up to 10 business
days. (including casher's check)
We accept credit card Visa or MasterCard, We also accept
PayPal and we can only ship the laptop to the PayPal confirmed
address

states within US continent for all refused repair
